Panasonic Research Project
During my time with Notion, we worked closely with Panasonic Design Centre Europe to produce a study consumers over 55 and their preferences in the communications sector. The project consisted of holding focus groups, then deriving quantifiable data from the workshops based on preferences and ranking. Afterwards, we then translated these insights into an understandable design language which would influence the design of GSM and handset phones by Panasonic.
- Mapping current products based on design language
- Creation of insights based on interviews
- Creation of design language based on insights
- Hosting user testing - writing questionnaires etc.
- Charting user preferences
- Analyses and editing of video content from workshops
Output
The output was a website that showed the results in a linear manner, that would link an insight to a need, then to a set of criteria and finally a concept.
