British Airways Redesign of Club World
During my time as an industrial designer I had the opportunity to work on the design of the British Airways business class (Club World) interior and service.
As part of a three man team we mapped out the customer journey from start to finish and considered the personas provided. Many of our clients were former cabin crew, so we were able to work with them in suggesting feasible improvements to the service.
